Their laudation was marked at the awards ceremony held in Mumbai on 6th February where the trophy was presented to V.Ships India's Crewing Operations Director Capt. Vaibhav Dalvi by an active seafarer.

Group Director Crew Management Simon Pressly said: "I join the rest of V.Group in congratulating V.Ships India on this great achievement. As a group we are striving for consistency of service delivery, both to our seafarers and clients and receiving a vote such as this is a great testament to exactly that - the day to day work in providing support to the seafarers that manage our Clients' assets."

The award was voted for by seafarers using an online voting platform set up by the organisers Offing. According to data received from the organisers, they had received a total of over 13,000 votes among which 90% were from active seafarers who have sailed in the last 12 months.

Capt. Dalvi added: "We have a great team here who strive for excellence all the time and as this award comes straight from the seafarers it really means the world to all of us."
