A fantastic new role has arisen within V.Group to support all business areas globally in their onshore recruitment requirement.  The role will have a strategic focus and be responsible for all shore based opportunities, driving candidate acquisition, employer brand, redeployment/mobility and workforce planning. The GRM will work with all Businesses within V.Group to offer a joined up and globally connected recruitment offering. This role is 100% hands on and therefore the GRM will be required to manage a number of requirements within their own Region. 

 Supporting the design, development and delivering the resourcing strategy for Shore based opportunities
 Work with HR, Marketing and Branding to further develop the employer brand to attract the best talent in the market
 Managing, supporting and developing junior staff within the shore based recruitment team
 Striving to deliver a first class candidate and internal customer experience at all times
 Work with the Global Recruitment Director to implement and drive a one function approach
 Use to working within a metric / KPI environment and has the ability to improve / influence improvement / change in this area
 Ability to operate in a consistently changing environment
 Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail
 Partnering with hiring managers ensuring an open line of communication at all times
 Lead the development of candidate talent pools via the Recruitment Data base
 Candidate attraction and search using  LinkedIn, candidate referrals and advertising
 Maintaining pipeline of candidates in the database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates
 Monitor responses/applications received and ensure candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
 Management of PSL and liaison with agencies regarding open job vacancies where applicable, providing full brief on vacancy and person specification
 Handling and responding to candidate queries via telephone/email
 Advertising vacancies on V.Net/V.Crew/jobs boards/LinkedIn
 Inputting candidate CV’s and documents into Recruitment Database
 Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
 Facilitating negotiations with candidate such as salary and start dates
 Providing feedback to candidates before and after interviews

• Significant direct sourcing and networking experience
• Strong experience of assessing and selecting the best possible talent
• Strong experience with Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Previous experience of in-house recruitment is essential
• Work with a strong sense of urgency; with the ability to switch priorities quickly where required

• Relevant experience in a high-growth, fast-paced service business is highly desirable
