OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:


• To carry out quality and administrative duties in support of Marlins business operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
• Support and deputise for the Marlins Senior Administrator with tasks including:  dispatching goods; stock control; client records, invoicing; reporting and coding sales figures; supplier management; staff expenses; and support status management of all client subscription services and client licence balances


• Handle all incoming calls to main Marlins phone number, taking messages and redirecting as appropriate
• Handle some client communication via Freshdesk


• Request, collate and report client feedback monthly in line with Quality Management System
• Conduct regular reviews and spot checks of the Marlins Approved Test Centre network, gathering evidence of malpractice for administrative action
• Maintain records for Marlins Approved Test Centres and Test of Spoken English (TOSE) Assessors


• Assist with travel arrangements, as requested
• Assist with training certification, as required
• Assist with management information requests and data entry, as required



ESSENTIAL:


• Excellent working knowledge of standard Windows packages: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
• Experience with sales and marketing an advantage
• Experience of invoicing / basic accounting an advantage
• Experience in maritime industry desirable
• Knowledge of website maintenance an advantage.
