Manila, Philippine branch is searching a Chef de Partie for 6* Luxury Cruise Line
Overseeing either Poissonnier, Relais & Chateaux Outlet, Entremetier, Garde manger, Tournant, Terrace Cafe or Pastry, as CDP, you will be responsible for the quality of product produced and served to our very demanding guests.
All products are made onboard fresh, daily. You will have a team of up to 6, and be responsible for quality, USPH, stock control and training.
You will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in either a branded 5* resort, Michelin restaurant or luxury cruise ship.
International Culinary education preferred, along with international experience
Start dates available throughout the year.
