Conditions of employment on-board are duly explained prior to deployment. Vessel specifics and required tasks are explained to better understand and appreciate the expectation of on board management ensuring the full support from each crew member while serving on-board the vessel.

Performance is monitored through appraisal reporting system and appropriate training is arranged on the next vacation to address the training gap.

Upon disembarkation, crew members undergo debriefing and are assisted in the settlement of their final wages, informing them of their next vessel assignment, ensuring continuity of employment and to better plan and manage family affairs and commitment during vacation period.
